Hello,

Does anyone else have connectivity issues right now, around 6am on February 28? I can receive but not send SMS messages. I cannot send or receive MMS messages. Calling and data appear to be working fine. I have had no configuration changes on my phone.

@david771234   There are outages in Alberta and BC, here's the map  in case you are in those areas although you said calls and data are working OK.

SMS should not be affected by the MMS changes. If not affected by the recent changes MMS should work if you have cellular data enabled so as @HALIMACS  said, best to contact customer service if the suggestions don't work.

If this is not the issue, try resetting your device by rebooting and resetting network connections.
