• Some people at ski hill ask could cell phone company.  I said public. Lots of them are Aussies and said they don’t have Canadian credit card    Is that the only way?

Some international phones may not download the PM app to activate the PM SIM. They should check if the app can be downloaded and a reloadable CC can be use if they don’t have a Canadian or US CC.

Unfortunaltey, for these visitors, the activation system won't accept vouchers for the initial payment.  It used to be that customer support agents would activate accounts for customers and then leave it in suspended state, but I'm uncertain of the status of that whether or not CSAs are still doing that.
