My account cycle just started so that’s fine
i have 20 Gb in the plan and used up a small 1gb
haven’t tested texting
no data
no internet
account has been checked and is active
no arrears in payment
toggled airplane mode

We have 2 separate public mobile accounts. We're in Ottawa, ON.
We have experienced a complete outage for a few hours on Tuesday. The service is back since then, but no data. There's obviously an outage since those are two separate accounts on two separate devices, happening at the same time. Will appreciate any clues.

I'm having the same issues, no internet here in Midland. Full bars, tried resetting and all that.

Did data work before? Talk and text work?
First check if you still have data allotment left for this 30 day payment cycle. Check your self service account.
A few basic trouble shooting advice;
Reboot phone
Toggle airplane mode on, then off.
Network reset of phone (this will erase saved Wifi password)
