Hello, perhaps someone can help me as I can not seem to find what i am looking for online, thanks in advance to all. My current plan is $50 for unlimited calls and text within canada and u.s. PLUS 10.5 gigs on 3G. I want to switch plans to the 20gigs...

Got a text that i have used up 100% of my data so i am trying to login to my account so i can upgrade my plan to the 20 Gigs 4g From 10 Gigs 3g But it is not letting me login, when will the MY ACCOUNT be back online? Thank you! 

My plan cycle is july 30 - august 29. It is only july 31 and the website is showing u have already used 8.5 Gigs but when i click on usage it says 1.95 gigs and 15.50 megs… can someone fix my reported usage, Please and Thank you!
