My plan cycle is july 30 - august 29. It is only july 31 and the website is showing u have already used 8.5 Gigs but when i click on usage it says 1.95 gigs and 15.50 megs… can someone fix my reported usage, Please and Thank you!

Very rarely they sometimes don't reset the counter as well. In any event confirm if you lost access to data altogether and connect with a CSA to investigate and sort it out for you.

@Public_Man - it says you used 8.5 GB in your main page under your self serve account, here:
..and you just renewed your plan yesterday? If so seems like a log used in that day. NOTE: your detail data usage is 6-12 delayed in the list and the area showing above is normally the most accurate.
But if something does not add up and you are sure you have not used this much in a day, contact CSA to inquire.
You could wait until tomorrow morning, as the detail usage will be reflected of all today's usage. But is it possible your data did not reset maybe?

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
or call *611 to check it out your usage.
Edit: is a glitch in the system is a new design,and in your account show different usage data but it's not real,, it is affecting a lot of people, until the system complete updated very soon,
or contact support team by private message CS_Agent
