I should have been informed before they change the system . Now can anyone kindly tell me how to down the required software to my cell phone please . I am 76 years old and I don't use the phone much.

there has been many voice problem this week. But with the number of posts, it could be just a regional issue or only problem with selected phones as I don't think it affect the mass subscribers and certainly no problem with me. Which province and city you are at? What phone do you have? Other than voice, does mobile data work?
did you try your sim card on another phone?

So are you a new customer? If so did you port your number in and this is where the problem started? If so it could be that the port failed or is stuck. Have you tried your old sim in your phone an see if it's still working?

Friends of mine phoned & went to a couple of mobile phone outlets to enquire regarding the problem. Telus said
they are in the process switching the control with BCE. The problem has been broadcasted by Global TV on Nov.18. I still cannot Make or receive any phone call.
