Out of Minutes

Hello!

I currently have a plan that is Canada-US unlimited talk and text. When I try to make a call to the US, it says I am out of minutes? Has anyone experienced this before?

Did you try to reboot your phone? (turn it off, wait a bit, turn it on).

Can you try to make a call using your SIM card in another phone?

are you sure you have the correct Canada / US calling plan ? Sounds like you had US calling add-on that had limited minutes and you've run outta mins. Just log in to confirm.

I tried that, I gave it 15 minutes to try again and it still giving me the same error message (that I am out of minutes).

sometimes this happens to me while calling a Cdn number from Canada. Just try disconnecting the call...then redial. If you can, wait for a few minutes, then try again.
