Original community account

With the latest update on the Community, I need to register a new account to login. What has happened to the old login account?

is ehung7 your original Community id?

There has been  some problem linking old Community account name for some customers.  PM is aware of this.

Please bravo the Community manager's post here and support will work with you

but i would also open a ticket as well just to be safe.  Message them :

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

HI @ehung7_   you shouldn't

All you need is to use the same email address and go through the process to link the old Community id and My Accoun together with the new login called Eversafe

If you cannot login using the email you have been using or cannot link old Community account, please submit a ticket with agent:

we all just need to update and create the eversafe PM account now
