I ordered a sim on Jan 23. Still havent received it. I want my refund now

@Goldstar1 , you are posting this on a public forum where Customers are responding back to you. We as Customers can not refund your money to you. If you would like to inquire about your sim card order please contact Customer Support as per other responses to your message on here.
It took over 3 weeks for me to receive my sim card from here delivered through Canada Post. I know it’s quite frustrating. Sorry. Unfortunately theres no way to track sim card orders from Public Mobile! I found out later that it is much faster to order & receive them from Amazon!

Unfortunately, no refund but it should arrive on Monday (3 weeks). If not, create a ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message on the envelope icon above.

Thanks for the reply. Contacted customer service last night and just got the reply. Here are the 2 options:
1. Get a new card from a store and keep the receipt. Take a picture of it and send it to the agent. $10 without the tax can be credited to my account after the SIM card has been activated.
2. Agent can help me re-order a new one (obviously the previous order is not on the way).
Since we've already waited over 2 weeks and my son needs a phone number, I will get a card from the store.
Hopefully this post can help others who have similar experience.

Get it in-store, keep the ordered one as a spare.
You'd be surprised at how handy it can be to have a spare if the original one becomes lost/stolen/damaged.
PLUS - if you have it on hand you can immediately change it and have almost seamless service if that were to occur.
OR - refer someone here and save both them and you some $$$. Use the extra SIM you have to sell or give to them (depending on how much you 'like' them....) 🤣

Delivery time is 5-10 business days. Sometimes even (way) longer. I would suggest to wait a week or two and then contact agent for resolution (new SIM or refund).

Same here. Ordered on Jan 22nd and haven't received it. Called Tellus, and wanted to pick up the order in the store instead, but was told we need to pay another $10 to get one. It's annoying because my son needs a phone ASAP.

Use this store locator to find a store near you which may sell one. Call ahead to confirm they have one.
Keep the one you'll eventually receive from Public Mobile as a spare - they're always good to have on hand, if not for you, for someone else you might refer here.

sim card delivery could be as many as 3 weeks
Since it is over 10 days, open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way

@Goldstar1 Can take up to 3 weeks to arrive . If you need one sooner try local Telus Koodo store for in person pick up or ask support for a update
