I have no access to my email that’s on my account
I need to log in because it’s for my daughter and I can’t add money to it.

The primary question is: are the services working? If they are then you can log in and use the text method of verification. Or if you don't remember the password then you can use the reset password function to also send a text to the phone. This also works when suspended. (but not the account)
If the services aren't working then you have two other options: the dial-in method with either 611 on the device or the toll free mentioned earlier from any phone. If you know the 4 digit account pin then you can use the registered credit card. Otherwise you can buy vouchers in lots of stores or online and not need the account pin. Lastly there's the real time payment method in some stores.
After all of this then you could ask support to change your email. Or wait for support anyway. They might be somewhat fast.

Auto pay can fail
To make payment and reactivate plan .. if you know PIN number you can *611 with a voucher and *611 no PIN needed . You can also do this by by calling 18554PUBLIC . otherwise log into self serve make manual payment and reactivate service and or update credit card if necessary

You can reach out to support, or call 611 from the device and a Public Mobile payment voucher to apply funds to the account.

Email is your ID at PM. You do not need access to your email in order to log in - just HAVE to know which email/password to use.
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
