Ordered a New sim card back on December 23rd and still haven't received it

I ordered a new SIM card last month and still haven't received it yet. Any help is appreciated

Definitely contact a CS_Agent for a refund or sent another SIM.

Best to get one at Canadian Cell Supplies online for $4 with fast shipping. If you are in the Mississauga area, you can pick it up from their store.

Or you can pick one up at a Telus/Koodo store.

It usually takes 5-10 business days even though some customers did report way longer delivery time, 

or even they did not receive at all so be ready to wait.

that is a long time.

 

I might choose to get one at a local Telus, Koodo or mobile klinic location. Also, if you are anywhere in the greater Toronto area, check out canadiancellsupplies.com as they have great prices on public mobile SIM cards.

Please note that sim card can take as many as 3 weeks for PM to deliver.  But you should be getting it this week

 

Open a ticket with PM support and request a status update, at least have them to confirm it has been shipped out already

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us",  then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@Vikingred that is a long enough time to send an inquiry in to CSA about it.

 

Submit a ticket and ask for another one.
