Ordered SIM online, paid, then got error

Tried to order, card got charged but order didn't go through. Saw a message about entering a ticket. Can an admin help me? My credit card is charged already and the sim order didn't complete

Indeed @Nmg2 the SIMon Chatbot has been 'broken' for about a year now and PM requires users to use private messaging to contact support.

But give us a shot here - we might very well have a workaround for you.

You CAN reach out to a CS Agent via @hairbag1 link. HOWEVER, I would avoid that and contact your Telus stores and see if they have them available OR you can buy it off of Amazon <-- click.  Trust me, it will be MUCH faster doing it this way. It will take up to 3-4 weeks to get it from Public Mobile.
