Ordered SIM card 10 Business Days Ago

Hi,

 

I have ordered a SIM card more than 10 business days, and still haven't received it. Is there anyway to check the status of the order?

Hi all, I was able to contact CSA and one of their staff have provided me a option to resolve this. I was able to get a card from a Tellus store and activate it for my father in law. Thanks for all help!

hi @Milk 3 Days?? thats too quick, some people got it after 3 WEEKS.  You live in TO or Van?

You should get it any day now. I ordered my Sim through Bay and got it within 3 days.

No, there is not @terryl1991 

 

They (supposedly) fulfill the order within a couple of business days then it’s all on Canada Post.

 

If you happen to be in the GTA, check out canadiancellsupplies.com for excellent pricing and availability on SIM cards.

@terryl1991 - there is likely no way to check the status of the order/delivery as normally SIMs are delivered via Canada Post letter mail. So you are dependent on this service.

 

But, since it has been over 10 working days I do suggest you let the CSA (customer support at Public Mobile) know (methods provided by @Handy1 . And, hopefully, they will ship another one to you. OR, credit your account for one you buy in store, if you go that route.

 

If the one you ordered online does come in, after you obtain another one, than keep that one as a spare or referral for future use.

Delivery time might vary from PM promised 5-10 business days. Some customers did experience longer than usual delivery time.

Wait a little bit more and then talk to agent what they can do for you.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive , if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it
