Hi, I have ordered a SIM card more than 10 business days, and still haven't received it. Is there anyway to check the status of the order?

Hi all, I was able to contact CSA and one of their staff have provided me a option to resolve this. I was able to get a card from a Tellus store and activate it for my father in law. Thanks for all help!
