eBay.ca is a good place for PM SIMs. There are few reliable Canadian sellers. (I can recommend you one (I do not sell SIMs)).

Hi @Stainless wow this is different. PM refunded your payment? well, that is good news for you, but the bad news is your transaction was suspected to be fraudulent. You better call your bank and ask why da heck., after all it was only a $10 transaction. There have been news of credit card swap fraud. Check if that is your own credit card or it had been swapped with a stolen one.
I hope by now you have bought a PM sim card as suggested by the posts above. Did you pay using the same credit card with no problem?
Please keep us updated. Thanks in advance

You could order a sim from https://canadiancellsupplies.com. if you are in the GTA, they offer a pickup option.

It might take as many as 2 to 3 weeks to get the SIM from PM.
Try Amazon for Prime delivery or try local stores like Walmart/London Drugs/Loblaw's. Some kiosk will give SIM out for free if you activate with them..

If I got that message I might wonder whether I would want to do business with public mobile. ( or perhaps your card provider may have prompted this?)
If you still do, check out this store locator where you may pick one up:

@Stainless : I'd say it's resolved. You could try again. Or use Amazon. Or Canadian Cell Supplies. Or into stores that sell PM SIM's alone without activation.
I would wonder why they think that of your payment card though. Did you try multiple times?
