I have already placed order yesterday night for two lines. SIM(s) expected to be recived by January 9, 2025. Can I pick-up SIM from local store against the order placed, because I have already paid for the physical SIM at the time of order. Or do I have to pay for the SIM(s) at the store again?
Also in the order it says to download App to activate the SIM on phone, Can I avtivate my SIM over the computer?

Hey @Sukhdev-Momi Good idea. Canada Post is behind right now and could be MUCH longer to get.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
Once purchased, message a CS Agent and they will gladly credit your account the cost minus taxes.

@Sukhdev-Momi you can use your computer to start the sign up process but you need to use the app to complete the account activation.
As for the SIM, you can pick one up physically at the store but you will need to pay for it. You can then try to message a support agent to see if they will credit you the amount but as it's only been a few days I'm not sure if they will but always worth a try.
