SIM Card and Activation

I joined the new plan with additional sim card on 26 Jan 2026 but I am now still waiting for the sim card. Could I know how long it takes usually from ordering? And one more question I want to transfer my number from Koodo and should I inform Koodo before I activate the sim card?
