(Order 341514) I ordered a sim on 25th April 2023

Hi Team,

 

I order a sim card on 25th April 2023 with order number 331514. I am still waiting for an email or message which says it is shipped and here is your shipment number. But still there is no sign of any email or shipment number.

Can you please help me.

since it has been over 10 business day, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us",  then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Members have reported that it could take up to 3 weeks for their SIM to arrive.

Mine took 2 weeks to arrive.

@tushar2315  Please contact CS Agent and they can look into this for and send out another if necessary.

 

You can contact an agent using the chatbot.  Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.
