SIM card not received

I ordered sim card on April 29, 2023. But haven't received it yet.

Order number: 342041

Also, could I know the whole process?

Is it order sim card, activate, then choose a plan?

Officially, the SIM cards should have arrive within 10 business days.  Often it takes up to 3 weeks for SIM card to arrive.  There was also a recent issues with delays.

Since it has been close to one month, you should contact customer service agent.

Chat with Public mobile and follow prompts to submit ticket.

Each SIM card is a separate account and separate plan.  Each account needs its own email address to access.

Wow, that is a long time for not receiving your SIM. Best to contact a CS_Agent and inquire about your SIM shipment by Submitting a Ticket on Start a Chat on the bottom of page.

The easiest way to activate your SIM once you get it is to download the PM app then click on Shop Subscription Plan and just follow the steps.

For your 2 phones, you need 2 different emails address because you can’t add a line to one account. 1 account/1 email.

And, it was 2 sim cards that I ordered. Could I use 2 phones with the 2 sim cards within the same plan?
