I have not received my order 296209 for an IPhone 8 with bonus SIM.  Order was placed on/around July 1.  Although an e-mail received from Public Mobile states this order was delivered, I have not received it.  Please call xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or email xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

How do I contact an agent?  Please send phone number because I'm getting nowhere this way.  And apparently it was delivered by UPS.  I have sent the tracking number to Public Mobile.  PLEASE help.

You should contact agent for order status. Do you have tracking number? Is it send by Canada Post or courier?

HI @LoveLutes   For CPO related issue, DO NOT try to open ticket with Chatbot, it still won't work
