Thanks Handy1 … your link included the @CS_Agent in the “to” which allowed me to send. Whenever I tried entering it, it would not accept it. Syntax was correct !

@Deketele1 Sometimes the re buy if the very same add on with out waiting 24 hours after the first one ends , you need support help to do that , if your in the US often a cheaper choice maybe to consider the 40GB $50 CAN/US roaming plan . But for the extra charge that didn’t work for you , you will need contact support about it and hopefully the can compensate you for it . Use the link. I sent you from my first reply

Hi, for the 2nd year in a row I have been unable to text my wife back in Canada while travelling in upstate NY, after having purchased the appropriate add-on each time. To make matters worse, when I returned home I noticed I had been billed twice for the add-on.
Post to the community regarding what I should look for, try, and so on, were all tried and/or set properly. (I apologize to community members who did not get a response from me. I was rather occupied.)
