My bank account shows I have paid twice but only one is showing up on the account.
Who do I talk to find out what happened and get credited fir the extra payment?

Moderators are available from Monday to Friday from 8AM to Midnight EST and from Saturday and Sunday from 8AM to 10PM PM EST

Is it possible that you paid for your plan twice in a month? Plans here are 30 days. Maybe you renewed on May 1 and then renewed again on May 31.
Was the amount the same or slightly different or lots different?

@jnutt1313 Just wait for a while. Sometimes bank does show 2 transactions, but later, one of them disappears. If after a day an extra transaction still exists, click on ? on bottom right of the page to create a ticket with moderators. They will help.
