Roaming in the US at the moment, package expired, went to renew it yesterday, was pretty certain I had done the 3GB talk text package but this morning, no talk or text possible. So I went to log in to see if this was my muck up or theirs - perhaps I had just clicked on data and not the data talk text package - but the website is perpetually loading. Tried restarting, logging back in again, etc. Anyone else having that trouble this morning?

are you trying to access the online portal using Wifi or mobile data? If mobile data, make sure you turn ON Mobile data Roaming on your phone. And try connect manually to all 3 US networks and see which one works, T-Mobil, AT&T and Version.
try again using incognito/private/secret mode on your browser. and try using the app
while data should be easy to work , but voice calls couple be trickier. What phone do yo have ?

Oh - nevermind, had to wait half an hour, give up and post about it for it to load. Now to fix the data / talk / text problem. Turns it wasn't me, so now need to get to them. I think I message a mod here for that?
