Hello,
I’ve activated my sim and got a number. How do i register for an online account.

If you activated your SIM then you already created your account.
You can login to your account with the password your create and you will choose how the 2FA sent to you either by email or text to your phone. Texting 2FA will be faster.

How did you activate your SIM?
If at store then at My Account go here
But if you activate on-line then you must have created your self-serving account already.
But if still not then from main page

HI @phuong2005 did you activate online yourself? if you did, you have created a online My Account already while you activate
Unless you activated in store, then your online account might not be created yet.
To set it up now, go to My Account site and click Register now (or this link: https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/XZxMjt) and follow the steps below:
You will have to come to this direct link to open ticket with CS agent

Click "Contact Us"
and then Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
At Step 1. Select an issue category , leave it with Password & Username Reset there,
Click Change my Self-Serve email and the click Next
At Step 2. Complete additional issue details, enter a email address you want to setup to login to My Account and pick one of the questions to answer to validate yourself
At the same step, you can choose to accept live chat or not, and click Next
In the next step to Verify your identity, click Verity by SMS Code, enter the phone number and Send a code
click "Submit Ticket" to complete the process
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
