I've tried to access the payment screen via the website for a few days now, doesn't upload past me clicking on add funds, and then click via registered debit/credit card, just stays on "loading...". Is it down? I have used my mobile as well as a laptop, same issue.
got a couple more days to add funds, so not worried, but just seeing if others are experiencing this as well.

HI @Praire_Son It might be cache and cookie problem Try Incognito mode or try clear cache and relaunch your browser after. You can also try to use a different browser

@Praire_Son clear your cache or use a different broser in private or ingocognito mode reboot your computer and go into your self serve try again in payments

It has been a very poorly implemented update to the system. You could try using incognito mode.
Another option is to use vouchers. Or real time payments.
