A year ago I lost online access due to an issue with my credit card. I was told I wouldn’t be able to get it back for one year. I think a full year has passed and I’m looking to get that re-activated. I still have my login but I don’t have any Norma account features (paying bills etc).

can we assume your Public Mobile account has been funded using payment vouchers for the last year or so ? As long as it's active and in good standing, then Customer Support can review your request to use valid payment card for plan renewal.
