One day late on funds and now my plan is inactive.

My customer was one day late on payment for his plan.  Corrected the issue the next day and since then he is unable to send or recieve text messages and send or receive calls.

He has gone into the APN he has restarted device the money was taken and his phone wont work.

He has now ported to another prepaid company and he was told he will not be reimbursed his funds.

Anyone experience anything like this before.

@Tarah-gve are you sure they successfully ported their number out of their inactive PM account?  I'm betting the port failed, as the account must be active (and in good standing--though there's not such thing as in arrears in a pre-paid and tab-free only provider).

@Tarah-gve  not sure why the customer choose to switch providers before contacting support (community or mods). as many answers can be found here. as for your request for a refund,  as mentioned in the other thread  they are rare,  especially since y actions were taken without first seeking help.

This link below  usually solves the renewal issue for the future .  Was the plan active or expired when they ported?
