Old sim cards compatibity

I have a few old unused sim cards. They belong to time when sim cards sent in 3 different sizes. I wonder if they are compatible with new 4G, or 5G networks. Thanks

Sorry I think that you may be mistaken - please just do a simple google search. ——While any 4G SIM can generally connect to 5G older pre 2016 cards may not support the full potential of5G Standalone (SA) technology. In addition /—Older phones do not  support 5G.  For example ---iPhone 12 (released in 2020) was the first iPhone to support 5G. Older models, such as the iPhone 11, do not support 5G.

@Anerkons, all sim cards are the same, they is just used for network authentication. Older sim cards can still access 5G or LTE networks

Yes, they will work with any speed. As long as they were not activated already, they will work fine. You just need the size to fit the phone you have.

Hello @Abler

Of course. They will always be good. It doesn't matter if it's 4G or 5G, it's all the same. Just pop out the size you need for the phone and you're good to go.
