Hello I've had an old number with public mobile, which I have the SIM card I used for it. It's a while now that I didn't renew this number and I need it to access some old accounts. Is there any way to recover this phone number if it's not assigned to any one ? Thank you

You can call 1-855-4PUBLIC to check the status of your account. If it is suspended then you can retrieve your number back. Just login to your account and make a manual payment with a CC or vouchers.
But if number doesn’t exist then your account is closed and you need to purchase a new SIM and create a new account and activate the new SIM and pick a new number on the PM app.

If your account is Closed, deleted, number is gone and most likely is assigned to other customer.
Account could be closed when number is ported to other provider or after 90+ days of no pay. No way to recover closed account.

you need to get 2FA sms? But if "a while now" means 3+month, it is likely easier to work with those places that send you 2FA SMS to disable it or change to receive via email, unless you really planning to come back to PM here

hi @Yas3
if you have not renewed for 90 days, the account would be closed and the number gone.
you will need a sim card to start a new account and ask if PM agent able to give you back the old number. You can message them and ask :
