Hello There, My friend cannot login using EverSafeID because OTP is triggered to wrong phone number. It's odd. He cannot submit any ticket as well because he cannot login. Need help in this scenario. Thank you!

was that an old number you had?
clcik "didn't receive code" and then "send email" to get the code via email
if you don't have such choice, have agent to update the phone number for you. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Your friend can try to resend the 2FA code and then your friend should given the option to send via email instead of text.
