Are you porting into public mobile or porting out of public mobile?
If you're porting into public mobile you can reinitiate the port request either through contacting customer support or by calling the phone number that has been sent to your private messages.
Put your old SIM card in the phone and give the telus porting department your account number from your old provider and wait for the PAT (porting authorization text) and reply YES to the text within 90 minutes of receiving it.
If you are porting out of public mobile essentially you follow the same process except you phone the new providers porting department or contact their customer support to reinitiate the port request to public mobile.

Was you PM account still in good standing and did you have your PM sim in the phone for the number you want to port out from PM?

If you have not received the SMS to authorize the transfer request for your phone number, you’ll need to contact a Customer Support Agent > Chatbot

There is a number to all to talk to live support and the can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox. Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
