Number transferred

I just made a mistake by transferring my old roger number to my public mobile account.

Now I can't receive or dial any calls.

Please help me get my old public mobile phone number back

@Roshnie check first, call from another phone to your number and see which sim rings, PM or Rogers

Again , as said, your PM account will be closed if you decide to port it back to Rogers.. You will need to acti6a new account with PM and get a new number, or choose to port back the correct phone number

Does that mean that I will have a new number with pm or can I ask for my existing number?

is your Rogers sim not working now?? Check it.. And check if incoming calls to you old number gone to your PM sim 

it might be too late. But check with  Rogers to confirm

If the phone number is really with PM already, you have to reactivate Rogers account, ask them to port the number back from PM.

But after the number ported back to Rogers, your PM account would then be closed, this is normal porting process. So, you will have to buy new PM sim , unless you go with eSIM, and reactivate a new PM account
