I klicked a Data bundle for USA but I needed Canada bundle. What to do with the USA data bundle. I'm not planning to visit USA

I just made a mistake by transferring my old roger number to my public mobile account.Now I can't receive or dial any calls. Please help me get my old public mobile phone number back
