Finally transferred my phone number from Koodo but there is no service, same as other people. the old sim all phone calls before goes to my voicemail and after I changed to new SIM card there is no data, not able to make and receive phone calls and of course can't sms also. I need help! @CT_Agent

Thanks guys! I tried to submit ticket but it didn't work. I sent a private message to CS_Agent, hope the problem will get resolved soon >.<

If restarting yoru device doesn't work, please use the chatbot to open a ticket for contacting a Public Mobile customer support agent.

Please be aware that if you currently have no service when trying to the Publci Mobile SIM card, the Telus porting team should not be contacted in a case such as this as they would not be able to assist.
