Is it possible to have my number transferred to another provider?

Odd. Look to see if was submitted by the service provider.  If so then unfortunately you have to submit a ticket to CS_Agent

It has already been initiated Friday,  I have not received the text message from PM To confirm transfer

Yes it would have to be initiated by that service provider

Hi @Baje66 

is your PM account active? it can receive regular sms from others?  If it can, first call your new carrier to resend the activation request and check the text again

if no text after another 2 hours, check with PM support agent by ticket (not by posting here)

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
