I'm trying to respond to CS_Agent regarding a billing issue, but when I try to send my reply I get the error
The message stays, and nothing is highlighted in my message, nothing has been removed and it will not allow me to send and the same prompt keeps appearing. Anyone have any ideas? This is pretty ridiculous, just debating contacting the credit card company to fix the issue rather than try to sort out support

you could be copy and pasting thing
just highlight and copy everything you have typed so far, then copy it to clipboard
then delete them all
next, right click and choose Paste as Text and it will work

Also just to add nothing in the message contains ANY HTML language, I've tried re-writing it a dozen times as I thought it was perhaps some strange syntax error in the message but nope, just poor design.
