Just signed up and no network

I just recieved the sim card. I have a Samsung S10 and have no network so I cannot recieve SMS to confirm full access

Odd. Look to see if was submitted by the service provider. If so then unfortunately you have to submit a ticket to CS_Agent

Yes it would have to be initiated by that service provider

Got it resolved after submitted a ticket. It was an error on their side. Took roughly 4 days to fix

Hi @Chalupa_Batman I just tried putting it in my s22plus but it says Sim card not provisioned
