Odd. Look to see if was submitted by the service provider. If so then unfortunately you have to submit a ticket to CS_Agent

Hi @Baje66
is your PM account active? it can receive regular sms from others? If it can, first call your new carrier to resend the activation request and check the text again
if no text after another 2 hours, check with PM support agent by ticket (not by posting here)
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
