I need to transfer public mobile to my other phone

@Karenganda , to put an eSIM on your other phone you need to purchase another, Public Mobile doesn’t offer the option to transfer it from one phone to another 😞 

For Existing Customers:

1. Install the Public Mobile app on your Phone, go to ‘Subscription & Add-ons’ page in your account to purchase an eSIM. I scrolled down & selected ‘Shop SIM CARD NOW’ then under ‘SELECT SIM CARD TYPE’ select ‘eSIM’ then select ‘PAY NOW’, (I purchased the eSIM using my available balance from points that I redeemed).
2. Please keep in mind to be patient when installing it, it takes time. Follow the instructions it gives you during this process! After it says on your Phone’s screen that it installed successfully reboot your Phone. (As an extra measure I reset my Phone’s network settings & rebooted).
3. In cellular settings make sure that “Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone.

(I had my data on plus my Wi-Fi was turned on & connected to my home internet to be sure I had all connections while doing this)

I received an email notifying me that my SIM Card changed.

‘I can not stress this enough… please be patient when installing the eSIM’.

I would suggest you get a SIM from your local Telus/Koodo store for $10 or order from Amazon for $4.99 so you can transfer between phones without hassle.

sorry, eSIM is only free for new activation.  Reordering a new eSIM for another phone will be $5

eSIM is free so follow @softech recommendation and get a new eSIM by downloading the PM app on your new phone.

@Karenganda  Yes unfortunately every time you need new eSIM even to change phones you need to re buy the eSIM

This is where a SIM is better. You just pop out the SIM and put it in the other phone.

you will then need to re-buy a new one

On your new phone,   download the app, click ⊕ on the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now.  You can buy and install eSIM from there

@Karenganda  As long as that other phone is not already with PM then no problem . Just start the port request with other provider (other phone) and keep PM SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text . And only use PM account number don’t use the IMEI as it’s not needed even if it asked for it

it is easy, just remove the sim card from your old phone and insert it into the new one.  If the size of the sim is too big, look careful, there should be removable "frame" to make it smaller

Do you have a physical sim card or an e-sim card? If the former, just take the sim out and put it in your new phone. If the latter you need to purchase a new esim via your self serve account because they can't yet be transfered between devices.
