Number transfer isn’t working

I followed the steps to transfer my number from Rogers to PM using a physical SIM card and have waited more than 5 hours. I’m not receiving incoming calls or text messages so I know my number is not ported over. I answered the text within 90 minutes to confirm the transfer and am not sure what went wrong. Thanks for your help in advance!

I would recommend just waiting longer to see if that works. If not I would call customer service.

try to reboot your phone once more and test incoming calls

if still not receive incoming calls after the reboot, there is a porting support team you can contact.   I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
