Number porting

I’m trying to transfer my number over but it hasn’t fully transferred over I am able to make calls but unable to receive any nor am I able to send out text messages please help @CS_Agent

@Sam187 yours is not a porting problem but a problem with your account or sim provisioning. Easy fix for PM support, just need to engage them by direct message here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
