I switched to the 1gig data plan a few days ago because I still have 200gigs of free loyalty data to use that expires in just over a month. My 1 gig of data was used up and I expected it to switch to that other data but the Internet is not loading, something is not working here with engaging the loyalty. Can someone please troubleshoot this for me or please could an agent contact me. I need this Data for work asap!

If you downgrade your plan you lose your bonus data

there is a term with that bonus that you will loss the bonus if you downgrade your plan

The bonus data will remain active unless your account becomes inactive, you switch to a plan of lower value or to an incompatible plan.

@Ethereal Unfortunately when you drop to a lower value plan you forfeit that bonus data. Apparently some people have been able to get some of it back by contacting customer service. Use the chat icon bottom right of this page to open a ticket if you want to try with customer service.
