Number porting problems

My friend, a few weeks ago, wanted to switch to pm and while trying to port his number from bell, he didn't include one of the first the boxes that at least one is required. So after activation was done his old bell SIM was still activated but his pm SIM was also kinda half activated but not full, he can make calls but incoming calls go to bell. He can also make calls with bell. When I go to his self serve account and try to port the number over yet, when I insert the phone number and select check eligibility, an error message came up. Something like old service provider doesn't allow or something... Can anyone please help to get the number ported yet? Thanks so much in advance

You need to get a hold of Mod ASAP if you have not done so already.

 

Please take note that due to the overwhelming success of the previous promo, at the moment, there's currently a 12-day wait for fixing these issues.

As of Dec 1st, PM was answering customer messages that were submitted on Friday, Nov 19th, 2016. Click here for detail.
