I am unable to transfer my koodo number to public mobile. It does not want to allow me to create a ticket for the trasnfer. 
please help

Thank you everyone for the help. Unfortunately Koodo seemed to have disconnected my number before it was transferred. I am on hold for the provided number. Thanks

Did not want to send? You left the Koodo sim in the phone to reply?

Yes we know about the ticket. It's broken. You have been given the link to send a message to support a couple times.

@Ddk123  There’s a number for live support to help re trigger the port request . Will send you private message and get it fixed

That is what i did. But my “yes” te t to koodo did not wan to send. And i am now unable to create a ticket. 

@Ddk123  You can yes . Or during activation . Just remember to leave Koodo SIM card in phone to receive the confirmation text to port and reply YES and only use Koodo account number and not the phones IMEI . It’s not needed and only tends to cause hiccups 

No you don't have to.
For postpaid you can transfer at sign up or after.
For prepaid you need to sign up taking a new number and then ask support to transfer.

Postpaid. Do i have to set up with another number first and then port mine?

@Ddk123  Notice transfer number under first red circle in pic . You can do this yourself in my account profile page 

Change # on profile tabs

Yes I know it's broken. I wasn't going to repeat the already provided link to support. Since it's postpaid then you can do this yourself. You don't need support.

Chatbot wont allow me to create ticket. It is postpaid koodo

@Ddk123 !if this is Koodo pre paid you will need to create  account with temp number from PM and have support port the Koodo number over to PM for you . If it’s Koodo post paid you should be able to do this on activation or afterwards in your my account .

Is that Koodo prepaid or postpaid? If postpaid you should be able to do it yourself in the new account after taking whatever number. If prepaid then yes you need support.

Is the chatbot not allowing you to open a ticket?  Please send a private message to CS_Agent.
