Hi, yesterday, I activated my account and ported my number. Or should I say I tried to. I got an error and a customer service agent spent a few hours trying to help me, but my number was never successfully ported and I have a temporary number. He escalated my ticket and I’m still waiting. It’s been over a day of basically not having phone service as no one can reach me. I’ve tried following up in the chat, but nobody is responding to me and I want to know when this is going to be resolved. Anyone else experienced this? How much longer do I need to wait?

If porting was incompleted, your old SIM should still work so you can continue to use while CS_Agent investigate the porting issue.
