Ive tried setting up my mothers phone public mobile and transfering her number however there was an error when trying to check out and it didnt go through. Next time i tried re entering all the info and now its saying the phone nmber is no longer valid however its still working on her old plan. @CS_Agent

Wait times lately have been a little long @racorbin. It's been pushing 48 hours for some, but with the traffics this week/weekend I wouldn't be surprised if it's longer.
Not to mention this is a very busy weekend for alot of retailers in general as well.
They will get around to you when it's your turn though.
