Number is not transferring from old service provider

Public mobile gave me a temporary number, I was wondering if someone can help me transfer my old number to my account?

@Miffy PM does not give temporary number UNLESS the port request was over a month old

If port request was over a month old, your port request will be voided and PM will randomly assign you a permanent number , you will have to reach out to your old provider and see if the account still active

if port request is  less than a month old, your PM sim can make outgoing calls using that number, but incoming still go to your old provider sim.  There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
