Number Transfer

• Hi guys, i just activated my public mobile esim. I was with Fido before. But now my sms isnt working anymore they tell me this message: MMS messages requires your phone number. And in the settings my phone number dont want to save up. How will i transfer my number from fido to public mobile if i cant even access my sms?

@holyrock10, what error are you getting or is your PM service not working? Did you receive a text message from your old company requesting permission from you to transfer your number? If so, did you respond yes within 90 minutes of receiving the message?

I am having issues porting my number as well.  Any other tricks?

@Xpzz3  remove the phone number from iMessage's settings and reboot the phone.  Add the number back to the settings and test again.
