I'm trying to get my number ported over to Public from Bell. Bell told me to get Public to contact them, how do I get Someone from Public to do that?

I just did this. You just sign up with Public and activate your account, and there will be an option to "transfer number". It will do all the work for you. You don't need to tell Bell anything.

@Joehoo05 Normally you would do that yourself when logged in to your account, select transfer number. Have you tried that? You need to leave your Bell sim in the phone to receive their text authorization request. Once the Bell sim stops working then you can try the PM one.

Just remember, you may need to keep your Bell SIM card in the phone to accept a porting request text from Bell.
