Number Porting issues

Hello,
How do I get help with transferring a number? I have two lines that have not had their number transferred and honestly, if it wasn't for the price this service is offering, i would have aborted this whole process.

Were you able to get this resolved yet also your old provider usually would send you a text message to approve the port

You can call Public Mobile porting team to provide the correct Info and get status update.  I will send you the porting team number.  Please check your Community inbox for my message
